A book lovers wedding design

What do you bond over? When planning your wedding this question is probably one to ask if you are having a difficult time deciding which direction you should go in. Whether it’s bikes, fights, sports or books there is something that makes your love unique that you can capitalize on.

Tony and Sara were a book loving couple. Their love sparked with their love of the Alchemist, a novel published in 1988 by Brazilian author Paulo Coelho. Taking their love of books into consideration for their wedding design, Integrity Designs created a gorgeous wedding look all about books.

The love Tony and Sara have for each other is evident in every picture, from the first look all the way through. One of our favorite design elements of their wedding was their use of chapter numbers from various books for their table numbers. Very fun and unique idea that went well with their wedding book theme.

Their color palette was a burgundy and navy. The use of navy was minimal, mainly only in the grooms suit. However, it was heavy in the use of burgundy from the burgundy Hanging Amaranthus in the bride’s bouquet to the burgundy napkins on the table.

Another fun and unique touch was their cake topper. A fun Wall-E themed Mr and Mrs cake topper that was custom made for their wedding. It goes to show that you can mix and match little aspects of your relationship in your wedding, if you love it, you should use it!
