Love is shown at this Prospect House Wedding

It’s not often we receive a publication that expresses what we believe most about weddings: that the love between the couple is the most important part of the wedding. We love publishing work that shows the love between the couple or the obvious joy and fun that vendors had during their styled shoots.

This submission from Nikk Nguyen showed us how amazing the love of the couple had for each other, along with a kick-ass photographer and a gorgeous venue. But don’t take our words for it, read Nikk’s account of how amazing this couple and their love was…

After such a successful and fun engagement shoot with Megan and Josh I knew this was going to be an unforgettable wedding day and, sure enough, it was! The day itself was absolutely gorgeous! It had been raining intensely for a week, but the weather was perfect when their wedding day arrived at Prospect House!

At the risk of sounding cliche, I truly believe these two were made for each other and honestly, I can’t think of a better way to say it than that! The amount of love and affection I’ve witnessed between Megan and Josh as their wedding photographer is enough to move anyone’s heart. I’ll never forget the moments when they each read the beautifully crafted notes from each other as they sat alone and uninterrupted in their respective suites. There were so many wonderful emotions in those moments!

As I mentioned above, I was the lucky wedding photographer that got to shoot Megan and Josh’s engagement session, so I was already a big fan of theirs when their big day arrived. I’m not exaggerating when I say these two are a perfect example of the ideal bride and groom to work with!

It’s not hard to tell from their photos that they LOVE to have fun and that’s exactly what they did throughout the entire wedding day. I was so happy to be a part of it and I didn’t want it to end, in fact, I don’t think anyone really did. During our short time together we had established such an awesome relationship and in the end after I had finished editing their photos, it was bittersweet to send off their gallery to them because I knew our amazing time together had come to an end!
